1.Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EstateFlow, the customer relationship tool for real estate agents and agencies available at estateflow.property. By creating an account or using EstateFlow, you agree to these Terms.
If you use EstateFlow on behalf of an agency, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
2.Who can use EstateFlow
EstateFlow is a professional tool. To use it you must be at least 18 years old and use it for your work or business, such as selling, buying or renting property for clients.
3.Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe and do not share your account. Everyone who uses EstateFlow needs their own account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has used it without your permission.
4.Workspaces and teams
- Your data lives in a workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite agents, remove them, and decide what is shared between them.
- What members add to a workspace belongs to that workspace. When a member leaves or is removed, what they added stays in the workspace.
- The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for paying for their seats.
5.Plans and payment
- EstateFlow is offered on paid monthly plans. The current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in euros, and any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Promotional discounts apply only as described in the offer.
- If a payment fails, access to your workspace may be restricted after a short grace period, until the payment is made.
- We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and a new price applies from your next billing period after that notice.
6.Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a month, except where the law requires a refund.
7.Your content
- You keep all rights to what you add to EstateFlow, including contacts, property details, photos and documents.
- You allow EstateFlow to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you and keep it secure.
- You are responsible for your content. In particular, you confirm that you have a lawful basis under data protection law to store your clients' personal data and to contact them, and that you have the right to use the photos and documents you upload.
- Properties you publish through a share link can be seen by anyone who has that link. Only share links with people you intend to see them.
8.Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use EstateFlow to publish false or misleading property listings;
- send spam, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- upload malware, or content that infringes other people's rights;
- try to access another workspace's data, test or get around EstateFlow's security, or disrupt the service;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer EstateFlow, except where the law expressly allows it.
9.Other services
EstateFlow works with services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp for messaging clients, Google for sign-in and Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10.Calculators and suggestions
EstateFlow's calculators, matches and reminders are there to help you work. Calculations are estimates based on the figures entered and on published rates. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, so check important figures before you rely on them.
11.Availability and changes
We work to keep EstateFlow available and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
12.Suspension and termination
- You can stop using EstateFlow at any time by cancelling your subscription.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
- When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
13.Liability
- EstateFlow is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no promises about it beyond those in these Terms.
- To the extent the law allows, EstateFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost deals or lost commissions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for EstateFlow in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Albanian law, such as liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before then; if you keep using EstateFlow after it takes effect, the new Terms apply.
15.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be decided by the competent courts in Tirana, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
